Do you accept returns or exchanges? 

  • Due to Covid-19 we are not accepting any returns or exchanges under any circumstances to avoid any cross contamination that may occur through the return process. as we are a small business we cannot afford putting our team or customers at risk
  • If you are unhappy with any of the items you have purchased you may contact us info@comodaclothing.com and we will do our best to accommodate to you, but cannot guarantee a full refund through original form of payment 

When should I expect my order to deliver? 

  • Orders for shipments have a processing period of  3-5 business days - sometimes longer (up to 7 additional business days) if your order contains a pre-order item
  • Once the fulfillment process has begun you will receive an email with a usps tracking number
  • Delays are to be expected on usps’ part due to covid-19 prevention safety measure being taken
  • We are not liable for any lost or stolen orders- if that is the case please contact your local post office of file a claim at https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm 
  • We are unable to replace packages damaged by the carrier
  • Please note that we are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error. make sure that everything on your order is correct before finalizing your order
  • If you have received the incorrect item or an item is missing from your order please contact us asap at info@comodaclothing.com so the issue can be resolved

How many discount codes can I use at a time?

Only (1) discount code can be used per purchase. Don't worry, we always got you and your bag secured with a discount code for every purchase you make with us!

What COVID-19 protocols are you taking to ensure our safety?  

We take the health of our customers seriously. All orders are sanitized and packaged while wearing gloves and masks. All clothes are unworn and we do not accept returns to avoid any cross contamination that may occur through the return process.
